Our five-rink bowls green
Our well-kept five-rink bowls green is the heart of the club through the warmer months. Whether you've bowled for years or fancy trying it for the first time, new members are always made welcome — just get in touch and we'll show you the ropes.

We're proud custodians of a competition-grade snooker table — once the property of snooker legend Ray Reardon — tucked away in its own quiet room. A frame costs just £1 for 15 minutes on the lights, and we're currently building a team to represent the club in the local league, so let us know if you fancy joining.

Fancy a quick game? Pool is just £1 a game — the cheapest in Hertford, by our reckoning. We're actively looking to get our pool team back up and running, so if you'd like to represent the club, we'd love to hear from you.
Arrows in the Garden Room
Head for the Garden Room and you'll find two dartboards ready to go. Our team already plays in the local leagues and is always keen to welcome new players — however sharp (or not-so-sharp) your throwing arm.
A friendly game on a summer evening
On a fine evening you'll often find a relaxed game of pétanque underway alongside the bowls green. Everyone's welcome to pick up a boule and join in — no experience necessary, just enthusiasm.
